Hairbows and Hot wings!

The last couple of days I have been extremely busy.  One thing that has been keeping me busy lately is hairbows.  It seems like I've gotten about 6 hairbow orders in two days....that's seriously a record!  Last night I completed an order for my friend Susan.  Her little girl Lily will be very stylish when she wears her Thanksgiving and Christmas hairbows!  Tonight I didn't make any hairbows, but I did organize all of my hairbow supplies and materials!  The ribbon was starting to overtake the closet, so I had to straighten out the situation!

We're still dog sitting our niece puppy Eve.  I just love her so much!  She is so fun to have around.  While Beau was picking up Eve, I started cooking dinner.  I made hot wings, macaroni and cheese, and green beans.  Let me just say, it was delish!  Tonight was the first night that I have 1.) fried chicken wings EVER 2.) tossed chicken wings in buffalo sauce.  So, I think for my first try, they were delicious!

I hope you all have had a wonderful start to the week!

Long weekends are always nice!

This weekend went by way too fast! Friday I had the day off because of Veteran's Day, so I enjoyed doing NOTHING all day!  I did manage to get up long enough to make Baked Ziti, and let me just say, it was DELISH!  Saturday, Beau and I both had the day off.  Beau went and played golf with his brothers and I worked on hairbows.  Hairbows seem to rule my world at the moment, but hopefully that won't last much longer!  We also started dog sitting for our niece puppy Eve on Saturday.  We love her so much and she is so fun to have around for a few days.  Saturday night Eve decided she wanted to play instead of sleep.  Beau sleeps with her in the living room, as she has separation anxiety and doesn't like to be left alone.  Three times during the night Beau had to get up to deal with her.  You would think we were dealing with an infant!  Needless to say,  I've dealt with a grumpy husband due to lack of sleep!  Eve slept all day today, so I hope she sleeps tonight!  Anyways, we enjoyed our weekend!  I hope you enjoyed yours!

Beautifully Blessed Life

Beautifully Blessed Life, that's the title I've chosen for our blog.  I pondered what I would title this blog for several days, as well as asking several people for suggestions.  I even went as far as asking my Facebook friends to help me out!  I can't think of a better title, as Beautifully Blessed Life describes our life perfectly.  We may not have everything and we will always have our trials, but we couldn't be more blessed.  We have a wonderful family, we both have jobs, we have a roof over our heads, we have transportation to get us places, we have food on the table, but most of all we have a Lord that loves us and watches over us daily. If that doesn't make us Beautifully Blessed, I'm not sure what does!

I hope you enjoy reading Beautifully Blessed Life!
